Drew is a San Diego native (Coronado, CA) and began his real estate career in 2010, flipping houses with a private equity group. Drew became licensed to sell real estate in 2012, became a Broker in 2017, and has ~400 sales to his credit.
His expertise lies in deal underwriting, design and construction management, business operations, and sales. Drew has served investor clients primarily as a broker with an attention to detail and return on investment focus that has produced strong results for over a decade.

Finally, we implement a targeted, exit-focused marketing strategy to position each property for a fast, high-value resale—driving strong returns for our investors.
